At the end of the one-to-one meeting a ceremony of the signing of documents by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani took place.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Iranian Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Mahmoud Goudarzi signed a “Memorandum of mutual understanding between the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Azerbaijani Republic and the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran on cooperation in the field of youth and sport”.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Iranian Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazili signed a “Memorandum of mutual understanding between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijani Republic and the Interior Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran on cooperation in the field of the administration of emergency situations”.
The Azerbaijani Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseynqulu Bagirov and the Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development Abbas Akhundi signed a “Memorandum of mutual understanding between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijani Republic and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran on meteorology and related issues”.
The Azerbaijani Minister of Economy and Industry Sahin Mustafayev and the Iranian Minister of Energy Hamid Chitchian signed an “Agreement between the Government of the Azerbaijani Republic and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the construction and operation of the Ordubad and Marazad hydro-electric power stations.
