1. "The working plan on military cooperation signed between the Ministry of Defence of the Azerbaijan Republic and the European Command of the United States of America" on 15 November 2010 in Stuttgart shall be approved.
2. The Ministry of Defence of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with ensuring the implementation of the document indicated in Point 1 of this decree.
3. The Foreign Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with notifying the United States of America about necessary internal state procedures for the document indicated in Point 1 of this decree to come into force.
