1. "The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the fields of energy and transport signed between the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran" in Baku on 17 November 2010 shall be approved.
2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with taking necessary measures to implement the Memorandum indicated in Point 1 of this decree.
3. The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with notifying the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran about necessary internal state procedures for the Memorandum indicated in Point 1 of this decree to come into force.
