1."The Agreement on Cooperation between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation of the United Mexican States in the fields of telecommunications and information-communication technologies" signed in Mexico City on 12 October 2010 shall be approved.
2.The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with ensuring the implementation of the Agreement indicated in Point 1 of this decree.
3.The Foreign Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with notifying the United Mexican States about the implementation of necessary internal state procedures for the Agreement indicated in Point 1 of this decree to come into force.
