Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on the approval of "the Agreement on Cooperation between the government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the government of the Cuban Republic in the field of information and communication technologies" signed in Havana on 8 October 2010

1."The Agreement on Cooperation between the government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the government of the Cuban Republic in the field of information and communication technologies" signed in Havana on 8 October 2010 shall be approved.

2.The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with ensuring the implementation of the Agreement indicated in Point 1 of this decree.

3.The Foreign Ministry of the Azerbaijan Republic is tasked with notifying the government of the Cuban Republic about the implementation of internal state procedures for the Agreement indicated in Point 1 of this decree to come into force.
