1. The “Memorandum on Sports Cooperation between the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Supreme Sports Council of the Kingdom of Spain”, signed on November 25, 2010 in Madrid, should be ratified.
2. The Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan should ensure the implementation of the Memorandum, indicated in the 1st clause of this Decree.
3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan should notify the Kingdom of Spain about the implementation of internal state procedures necessary for enforcement of the Memorandum, indicated in the 1st clause of this Decree.
