On approving the “Agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine on the provision of material and technical assistance to the activities of the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, signed in Baku on 31 January 2011.
1. To approve the “Agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine on the provision of material and technical assistance to the activities of the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Republic of Azerbaijan”, signed in Baku on 31 January 2011
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the implementation of the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order.
3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with notifying the State of Palestine of the implementation of domestic procedures required for the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order to become effective.
