1. To approve the “Memorandum of Understanding on the sale and transportation of natural gas between the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Turkey” signed in Istanbul on 7 June 2010.
2. To task the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the implementation of the Memorandum mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order.
3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with notifying the Republic of Turkey of the implementation of domestic procedures required for the Memorandum mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order to become effective.
