Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on approving the “Agreement on economic and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Government of Kuwait” signed in Kuwait City on 10 January 2011

1. To approve the “Agreement on economic and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Government of Kuwait” signed in Kuwait City on 10 January 2011.

2. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with ensuring the implementation of the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order.

3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with notifying the State Government of Kuwait of the implementation of domestic procedures required for the Agreement mentioned in Clause 1 of the present Order to become effective.
