Guided by Item 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I take the following decision:

Namig Hasan oglu Aliyev is to be appointed to the post of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Moldova.
