Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and Vice President for Political Sovereignty, Popular Power Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela Delcy Rodriguez Gomez signed “Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on the establishment of political consultations mechanism”.
