Following the completion of large format talks between President Ilham Aliyev and Václav Klaus with the participation of delegations, the signing ceremony of Azerbaijani-Czech documents took place.
Mr. Ramiz Hasanov, Chairman of the State Committee on Standartization, Metrology and Patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Mr.Milan Holeček, President of the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing of the Czech Republic have signed the "Memorandum of Understanding between the State Committee on Standartization, Metrology and Patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing of the Czech Republic in the field of standardization, metrology and conformity assessment".
Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the Czech Republic Mr. Tahir Tagizade and Ambassador of the Czech Republic Mr.Radek Matula have signed the "Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Czech Republic on the exchange and mutual protection of classified information" and the "Agreement between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic for the promotion and reciprocal protection of investments".
