Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the make-up of the Joint Commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Iraq from the Republic of Azerbaijan

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with the aim of executing the “Agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Iraq” signed in Baku on 10 November 2010 and approved by Resolution No 1261 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 27 December 2010, and expanding bilateral relations, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To approve the following make-up of the Joint Commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Iraq from the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Niyazi Safarov – Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Sevda Mammadaliyeva – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Elmar Gasimov – Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Ismayil Ismayilov – Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Safar Mehdiyev – First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Vadim Khubanov – Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan

2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending a relevant notification to the Republic of Iraq concerning the make-up of the Joint Commission on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Iraq from the Republic of Azerbaijan as specified in Clause 1 of the present Resolution.
