Guided by Item 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan I take the following decision:

Galib Malik oglu Israfilov is appointed as the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Nations Office at Vienna, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization.
