On behalf of the Government and the people of the Republic of Korea, I would like to extend to Your Excellency and the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan my warmest congratulations on the occasion of the Republic Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In the course of the last quarter-century of history as an independent country, your nation has achieved astounding progress in not only politics, economy, culture, but across all areas of society.
With the next quarter-century dawning upon us, I expect to see a further strengthening of our relations as they gain higher momentum in the passing of time, for our partnership has been established on firm ties and various commonalities in our cultural background.
