On April 12, Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey Binali Yildirim made a telephone call to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on his landslide victory in the presidential election, and wished him success in his presidential activities towards ensuring the prosperity of the people of Azerbaijan.

President Ilham Aliyev thanked Binali Yildirim for his attention and congratulations.

President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Binali Yildirim expressed confidence that friendly and brotherly relations between the two countries will continue to develop successfully.
