President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani phoned President Ilham Aliyev

On April 13, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani made a phone call to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

Mohammad Ashraf Ghani congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the presidential election, and wished him success in his presidential activities towards ensuring the development of the country.

President Ilham Aliyev thanked Mohammad Ashraf Ghani for attention and the congratulations.

The heads of state expressed confidence that relations between the two countries will continue to develop.
