His Excellency Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Excellency,
On behalf of the Member Organizations, Board and Secretariat of the Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogue and Cooperation (ICYF-DC), an international institution affiliated to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and upon special decision of the Board on the occasion, I would like to sincerely congratulate Your Excellency with well-deserved victory in the presidential elections held on 11 April 2018 and wish every success in your new tenure as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Azerbaijan has become one of the influential and important states in the world, also in the system of OIC as the result of its development under your skillful leadership. Your Excellency’s overwhelming victory in this elections is a clear sign of the confidence and strong mandate by the people of Azerbaijan to the exemplary policy of stability, security and development. We are confident that in the next 7 years Azerbaijan will continue its course of development, achieve solution of all the issues in the agenda, including just solution of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, under Your Excellency’s visionary leadership.
We are very thankful for Your Excellency’s valuable and continuous support toward the establishment and development of ICYF-DC, which today implements the OIC Youth Strategy for the benefit of most youth populated geography in the world. We are also keen to continue our cooperation with the Republic of Azerbaijan and serve to the best of its interest, including activities in the framework of the Justice for Khojaly international campaign.
Extending once again to Your Excellency our best wishes for all the success in the new tenure as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and conveying our sincerest duas from the Allah Almighty for prosperity, peace and development for the people of Azerbaijan, Excellency, please accept assurances of our high consideration.
