Dear Mr President,

I am very pleased with your marvelous re-election by an absolute majority. This success remarkably demonstrates the great appreciation of the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan for your leadership over the past years and their expectations for the great future of the Republic of Azerbaijan under your leadership. At this happy moment, please accept my heartfelt congratulations.

I was very honoured to meet with you during BAKUTEL 2016 and the last December at BAKUTEL 2017. Your deep knowledge of the ICT potentials to facilitate socio-economic development in the country and in the world and your strong support to ICT and SMEs in general and to ITU in particular, have inspired me a lot. The Republic of Azerbaijan has become an important hub by joining the Asia-Europe Highway. I wish to assure you of our commitment to cooperate with the Republic of Azerbaijan in all work of common interest in the country and the region.

I wish you every success in your future work.
