On the auspicious occasion of your re-election to the high office of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I have the honor to extend to Your Excellency on behalf of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) our very warm congratulations.
The clear mandate granted to you, Mr. President, by the electorate is indicative of their trust in your leadership and vision for Azerbaijan. I am confident that with your wisdom and rich experience, you will continue to steer the affairs of your country in the period ahead to realize the aspirations of the people of Azerbaijan for peace, unity, development and prosperity.
