Your Excellency,
I would like to extend my congratulations to you on your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan’s longstanding commitment to the OSCE is much appreciated and I fully count on your support in building a democratic, secure and stable country for all its citizens.
The OSCE remains committed to strengthening our cooperation with Azerbaijan on comprehensive security and the implementation of OSCE commitments, as well as well as to supporting efforts to find a peaceful solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, through the activities of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on the conflict dealt with by the OSCE Minsk Conference, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, and his dedicated team.
The OSCE also remains ready, upon request, to support Azerbaijan in advancing reforms to strengthen democratic governance, security and economic prosperity.
