I cordially congratulate you on the occasion of your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
We are very pleased to see the development of Azerbaijan-Japan inter-parliamentary relations in recent years. I am confident that friendship and cooperation between our countries, which mark the 26th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, will continue to develop through Your Excellency’s efforts.
Mr President, I assure you that as a person working to ensure the continuous development of our relations since the establishment of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship League in 1998, I will spare no efforts to contribute to deepening Japan-Azerbaijan ties.
