I would like to congratulate you on your re-election as president of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
As you will recall, when we met in Baku in 2016 we discussed the development of football in your country and once again I can only applaud you and express my gratitude for the impressive support you have given over the past few years to the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan and the millions of football fans in your magnificent country.
In your new term of office two major football events with global visibility are due to be held in Baku: the UEFA Europa League Final in 2019 and the UEFA EURO in 2020. With your support and thanks to the remarkable work of the AFFA, I feel certain that these two major competitions will be unequivocal successes!
I congratulate you once again on your re-election and send you my very best regards for the years to come.
