I congratulate you on your re-election to the Presidency of the Republic of Azerbaijan. I believe that under your leadership, the friendly relations between Brazil and Azerbaijan will continue to accelerate the shortening of the geographical distance that separates us through cooperation in multiple spheres, for the mutual benefit of our peoples and the international community.
