I convey my sincere congratulations to you on your recent re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
I had the honour to meet Your Excellency on the occasion of the European Games 2015 in Baku alongside the now President of the International Paralympic Committee Andrew Parsons.
Working on those Games with relevant authorities in Azerbaijan, I fully understood and appreciated the personal commitment of yours, Mr President and that of First Lady to Paralympic athletes and children with impairments.
Your Excellency, I wish you and your family, and of course the people of Azerbaijan every success and peace in the coming years.
