Dear Mr President,
Allow me, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the day of establishment of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, to express also on behalf of the Albanian people, the most warmly and friendly congratulations for you and for the friendly Azerbaijani people.
This year also coincides with the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our two countries, which come to this anniversary with a very significant stock of the strengthening of the friendship and cooperation.
I seize this opportunity to express once again my gratitude for your personal support in strengthening of these relations, both in bilateral and multilateral aspects. I recall with pleasure the meeting with you a few weeks ago in Baku, and I assure you that I remain determined to further forward the relations between our two countries.
The intensive cooperation in the energy field and especially the very good implementation trend of the TAP project have provided to these relations a very significant substance and have opened up excellent perspectives for cooperation in other areas as well, and encouraging also direct contacts among our compatriots.
Please accept, Mr President, the expression of my highest consideration alongside the best wishes for your good health and happiness and the desire to welcome you to Tirana on a state visit.
