We are especially satisfied with the high level of Azerbaijan-Russia bilateral relations that clearly reflects fruitful cooperation and close interaction of our countries on a wide range of issues.

I am confident that our joint activities will be further directed towards strengthening strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Russia for the benefit of our peoples and countries who are traditionally bound together by ties of friendship and good-neighborliness.
