You can rest assured that I am looking forward to seeing the strengthening of relations between Azerbaijan, France and European Union, especially more of our joint initiatives to tackle the challenges in the fields of healthcare and environment, to which, as far as I know, you and First vice-president pay close attention.
Also let me reaffirm France’s resolute, full and unbiased commitment, as a co-chair of the Minsk Group, to ensure a negotiated, fair and sustainable solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
