Mr. President,

The fact that the state of Azerbaijan has provided Turkey with immediate assistance in the aftermath of its earthquake demonstrates again that our two countries are truly fraternal. I am proud that your brotherly country stands by Turkey at all times. This has also had an impact on the realization of this brotherhood by all other nations of the world and proved that no other two countries can be as close as we are. I would like to thank you on behalf of all those affected by the earthquake, my country, its citizens and myself.
