Governed by Clause 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

To recall Yashar Teymur oglu Aliyev from the positions of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United States of America and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Organization of American States.
