Let me first wish you the best on your birthday and everything good in the year ahead. I hope it will bring peace and prosperity to you, your family and your country.

I take this opportunity to assure you of the strong bonds with Azerbaijan, which are concretized by my numerous official and personal visits to your country, as well as the partnership between “Maison du Futur”, the think tank I founded and have been presiding, and the prominent “Nizami Ganjavi International Center”, both dedicated to promoting democracy and liberty all over the region.

We share the same concern regarding our values and principles of promoting peace, prosperity and justice through tolerance, cultural exchange and knowledge.
