Since your reelection in 2018, you have succeeded to maintain stability and prosperity in your country, evidenced by the great support and confidence the people of Azerbaijan nourish for your person and for your government. I am convinced that under your leadership and guidance, a new era of prosperity, growth and democratic governance will hail in Azerbaijan.

I am looking forward to seeing Your Excellency at the 8th Global Baku Forum in March 2020 which will be organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center.
