Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in order to ensure the implementation of the “Agreement on trade and economic cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Estonia”, signed into law by Law No 112-IIQ of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 3 April 2001, and to expand bilateral relations, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To approve the following make-up of the Azerbaijani side of the Intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Estonia:

Azer Bayramov – Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Natig Abbasov – Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Sahib Alakbarov – Deputy Minister of Taxation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Musa Panahov – Deputy Minister of Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Safar Mehdiyev – First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Khagani Abdullayev – Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Tofig Zulfugarov – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Estonia
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending a relevant notification to the Republic of Estonia on the make-up of the Azerbaijani side of the Intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Estonia as specified in Clause 1 of the present Order.
