Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 2070 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 30 March September 2007 “On approving a new make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kazakhstan on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2007, No. 3, Article 296; 2009, No. 1, Article 17, No. 9, Article 720; 2010, No. 9, Article 773):
1.1. The words “Elmar Gasimov – Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Gulu Novruzov – Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.2. The words “Khalaf Khalafov – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be followed by “Vagif Aliyev – First Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and the words “Ramiz Hasanov – Chairman of the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be followed by “Gudrat Gurbanov – Chief of the State Maritime Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.3. The words “Teymur Mehdiyev – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be removed.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding a new make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
