Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending Order No 2833 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 22 May 2008 “On approving a new make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on economic and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan”

Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 2833 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 22 May 2008 “On approving a new make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on economic and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2008, No. 5, Article 422):
1.1. The words “Sanan Karimov – Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Abbas Valibayov – Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.2. The words “Rafael Mirzayev – First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be followed by the words “Vagif Aliyev – First Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.3. The words “Teymur Mehdiyev – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be removed.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan regarding a new make-up of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
