Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 1876 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 28 December 2006 “On approving a new make-up of the Azerbaijani-Chinese Intergovernmental Trade and Economic Cooperation Commission on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2006, No. 12, Article 1134):
1.1. The words “Sanan Karimov – Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Abbas Valibayov – Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the words “Sabir Ilyasov – First Deputy General Director of the Azerbaijan Airlines State Concern” shall be replaced with the words “Sabir Ilyasov – First Vice President of the Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint-Stock Company” and the words “Yashar Aliyev – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the People’s Republic of China” shall be replaced with the words “Latif Gandilov – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the People’s Republic of China;
1.2. The words “Ilgar Fatizadeh – First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be followed by the words “Vagif Aliyev – First Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
1.3. The words “Teymur Mehdiyev – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be removed.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to the People’s Republic of China regarding a new make-up of the Azerbaijani-Chinese Intergovernmental Trade and Economic Cooperation Commission on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan specified in Clause 1 of the present Order.
