Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 2283 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 3 July 2007 “On approving make-up of the Intergovernmental Commission on economic and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Dagestan of the Russian Federation on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2007, No. 7, Article 719): the words “Irada
Huseynova – Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Gulu Novruzov - Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and the words “Nazim Ibrahimov – Chairman of the State Committee for Work with the Azerbaijanis Living in Foreign Countries” shall be replaced with the words “Nazim Ibrahimov – Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Work with the Diaspora”.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to the Republic of Dagestan of the Russian Federation regarding make-up of the Intergovernmental Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order on behalf of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
