Governed by Section 15 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby order as follows:

Talat Museyib oglu Aliyev is to be recalled from his position of the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Ukraine and the permanent representative to GUAM – the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development.
