From Ismayil Hajizadeh, Agdash, Azerbaijan

Dear Mr. President!

My name is Ismayil Elbrus oglu Hajizadeh and I was born in Agdash District in 1991. Despite the hardships we have had to endure because of Karabakh, the executive order you have signed today has urged me to hold my head high and look ahead with confidence. My fellow students and I have repeatedly spoken about Karabakh and our National Heroes, including Ramil Safarov who has been exposed to many injustices, in Turkey. I will soon return to Konya to complete my last year in school and will proudly talk about Ramil Safarov who has been freed as a result of your successful policies and feel proud of you for making this possible.

The joy the people of Azerbaijan and myself are experiencing today is boundless. We are always proud of a leader like you. Because you have always reminded us of our nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev. You are on the right path just like your father.

Every Azerbaijani with Turkic blood flowing through his veins opens his eyes to this world as a brave man. By freeing a brave son of Azerbaijan Ramil Safarov today you have given the people of Azerbaijan the best possible present. I express my infinite gratitude and appreciation to you on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Agdash for this valuable present.

Sincerely,

Ismayil Elbrus oglu Hajizadeh
