You have made a historic decision by returning the brave son of the Azerbaijani people to his homeland and pardoning him. This step of yours has delighted all our people. I do hope that we will celebrate the liberation of our lands in Karabakh from occupation in the near future. On behalf of all the believers of Sumgayit we express our gratitude to you for the country's development, for your care and concern about the safety of our citizens.
