Dear Mr. President!

We bow our heads to your wisdom, correct and judicious activities, especially your domestic and foreign policies. Our family, just like the rest of our nation, feels a sense of great pride over your pardon decree of Azerbaijani army officer, Senior Lieutenant Ramil Sahib oglu Safarov, who has been extradited to our country, and the fact that you, as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Azerbaijan, stand behind every Azerbaijani citizen, soldier and officer. We welcome this wise and humane step of yours and express our sincere respect and esteem to you.

Mr. President, we all understand that this is move is part in a series of consistent and serious efforts towards liberation of our occupied lands. Your wisdom, political will, personal international authority as head of state have proved to our enemies again that they are helpless in the face of the invincible Azerbaijani commander and are doomed to failure.

Mr. President, your dedication to the struggle for the liberation of the occupied lands, of Karabakh, is obvious. The crushing blow you have dealt to our enemies and detractors by this clever, tactical and timely response urges us all to be brave, patriotic, loyal to the state, people, country and solidarity.

Please rest assured that we are always ready for such a call, we are always with you in this just struggle.
