By freeing the brave and valiant son of Azerbaijan Ramil Safarov from serving an unjust punishment and returning him home, you have delighted not only his friends and relatives, but also all the people of Azerbaijan.

Ramil Safarov, who has properly dealt with the Armenian officer who had insulted the national symbols of Azerbaijan, is loved by all the inhabitants of our country. All mothers consider him their son.

By returning this glorious son of Azerbaijan to the homeland, you gave joy to millions of mothers who will now pray for you.
