We express our deep appreciation to you for returning and pardoning Ramil Safarov. We all believe that under your leadership we will liberate our lands that are currently under Armenian occupation. The Azerbaijanis living abroad have always supported and will support you. May Allah be pleased with you! What you are doing for the good of our people is priceless. We also appreciate your care and attention to the development of my home town of Ganja.
