Just like all our people, we, the residents of the city of Sumgayit, including the elders, wholeheartedly welcome the work you have done to return and free officer Ramil Safarov. Thank you for that. We had always believed that you would not let down our son who defended the honor of the national flag of Azerbaijan and the dignity of an officer. And it happened. Ramil is now at home, among friends. This happiness has been given to him and us by you. The work you are doing to enhance the prosperity of Azerbaijan and its authority in the world strengthens our faith in the future. And where there is faith, there is also victory. That day is not far when we will experience the joy of this great victory. We are absolutely sure of that. After all, our state is headed by such a wise leader, the brave Commander-in-Chief of our army. Thank you very much again.
