I was very glad to hear about your decree to pardon the brave son of the Azerbaijani people Ramil Safarov who was extradited to Azerbaijan on 31 August 2012. I express my deep gratitude to you for giving us this joy. You have committed a great act. We are confident that there is great success ahead of us. We are confident that thanks to your successful policy our lands will be liberated from enemy occupation and the displaced families will be able to return to their homes. This day is not far off.
