Azerbaijan is rapidly developing in all areas. This is confirmed not only by us but also by foreign visitors of our country. As a citizen of Azerbaijan with 30 years of teaching service, I warmly welcome your success. The other day we were very delighted by the good news. Thanks to your wise diplomacy and international authority, Azerbaijani army officer Ramil Safarov has returned home and was freed. By pardoning Ramil you committed an act of historic significance. It caused a great joy in our people. Your courage and humanity will forever live in history. We endorse and support your internal and external policies and will try to do everything we can to achieve even greater success.

Mr. President, you are the Commander-in-Chief show a great deal of attention and care for the modernization of our armed forces. If Armenia does not return our lands through negotiations, our national army will take the invaders where they belong. We believe in this. We believe in you.
