Greetings to you on behalf of the Azerbaijanis studying in Turkey. We wish you every success in your difficult, responsible and glorious work. The decree to pardon Ramil Safarov you signed immediately after his return home has infinitely delighted us. By taking this step you have proved again that you are the President of every citizen of Azerbaijan. I express my deep gratitude to you. In my opinion, this step can be described as your historic victory. I am sure that it is one of the many victories of the independent and sovereign Azerbaijan over Armenia won under the leadership of the great leader and under your leadership. We are confident that under your command Ramil Safarov and other brave sons will soon raise the flag of Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh – over the Shusha fortress, Khankandi and the districts under occupation – Lachin, Fizuli, Jabrayil, Gubadli, Zangilan.
