Mr. President!

You have successfully continued the work begun by our nationwide leader. May the day come when the most painful problem of our people, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, is resolved. We are sure of that. You will resolve this problem too. May God help you and our people in this sacred cause. We look forward to the day when our tricolor flag proudly flies over Khankandi, Shusha and other districts that are already occupied. Inshallah, our expectations will soon end.
