We have recently witnessed a remarkable historic event. Our army officer Ramil Safarov was extradited to his homeland and pardoned by your order. This is really a great achievement. We have always believed that you will do so. I listened to Ramil’s TV interview. He also talked about that. Ramil said that in the years of detention he never lost faith in the return to his
homeland. And it came to pass because of your high authority in the international arena and the development of our state. We are confident that Karabakh lands will soon be released and we will rejoice even more. Mr. President, we wish you every success in your work and good health.
