Our hearts are filled with joy from the news that with your immediate support the brave son of our people, the national army officer who defended the honor of Azerbaijan, Ramil Safarov, has returned to his homeland and been pardoned by your decree. Our hearts are filled with a sense of boundless pride. On behalf of a large team of the Faculty of Philology of Ganja State University, we express our gratitude to you for freeing Ramil Safarov who was sentenced to life imprisonment.
